Grief and trauma have a multitude of after effects & can negatively impact a persons entire being. Each traumatic experience or loss is stored in various chakra systems throughout the body. Over time this creates blockages that manifest mentally, physically and emotionally in ones life. Align is a program that i designed to help you align to your energetic body in a way that is most supportive to your forward motion.

Grief is caused by a multitude of different scenarios and losses both tangible and intangible. While the subject matter may differ the ways in which grief is ENERGETICALLY STORED are quite similar.

TRADITIONAL THERAPY & GRIEF GROUPS DID NOT WORK FOR ME.
I noticed that energetically the experience of loosing my son was traumatic and caused every part of my being to tighten and resist pain. This served as a protection for me in the days weeks and months to follow but in the years to follow it did quite the opposite. My nervous system was in a constant state of fight or flight. I felt anxious, tired, out of control and every action or inaction that I took was from that place of fear. The shock and trauma that was stored in my energetic body did not go away and unlike most advice time could not make it go away. The negative emotions, the continuation of being in fight or flight mode were all ENERGETIC exchanges that were being stored in my energetic body.
Overtime every chakra system within me was being blocked. Each Chakra system is correlated to certain physiological, mental and emotional components in ones body.
These blocks that were built in the wake of my sons life were having negative effects of my mental, emotional and physical health. From gut issues to marriage problems I felt completely out of touch with myself and unable to navigate through.
It was not until I learned about energy healing, movement, meditation and breath work that things really changed for me.
Learning about the energetic body has allowed me to begin the healing in a way that has served as a foundation to connecting me back to my truth.

Align is a 6 week program broken up into 3 sections focusing on CLEARING, CONNECTING AND FINDING CLARITY. There will be bi weekly group coaching there will also be voxxer support which is really helpful if something unexpected comes up for you or you are unsure of how to approach or move through a certain situation. The chakra workshop will be a group workshop that will be live so that you can become familiar with the chakra system, why its important and how you can start implementing things into your life to keep you most aligned to your truth.
An energy healing through the chakra system will be in the beginning and end of the program and a customized ALIGNMENT prescription will be given in the first week so that you can get connected to your energetic body.
There will be a multitude of modalities used that touch on movement, nourishment, energy, breathwork and sound all that are used as supportive tools and shifts in helping you feel most aligned.
By the end of the 6 weeks you should be feeling unblocked, have a better understanding of the chakra system and what energetic wellness is feel aligned and equipped to step into your discomfort in a way that is supportive to your eternal evolution and won’t throw you back into autopilot.
I have found that when we learn to lean into discomfort rather than resist we create new neural pathways that allow for healthy mental and emotional responses, reduce anxiety and depression and allow you to live in a way that feels free and not dictated by reactions to uncontrollable circumstances.
There is no right or wrong way to move through grief and your healing journey is uniquely yours.
