Breathwork

Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses the breath intentionally to help navigate the life force energy throughout the body. “PRANAYAMA”

Prana means life force and through Pranayama you are manipulating the life force energy in ways that positively support your overall wellbeing. Using different pranayama techniques one can access different states of being that are supportive, healing and transformative to optimal living.
