Developing Grace-A guided Meditation
I created this meditation as a way for you to practice self love. Grace has been the surrender in which I have needed to move through loss in my life. Recognizing that each stage of life has seasons and that different seasons also have different energy outputs. What was once easy may seem like a mountain to climb and what was once hard may seem like a walk in the park. The actions and inactions of ones life are not linear and Ebb and flow depending on the current life circumstances and states of being. Recognizing this and having grace for myself when I am not at my best has allowed me to ease into the seasons rather than resist. I hope this meditation helps you as you begin to practice having compassion and love for yourself in this season of your life.
